Top Five Favorite Cream Blushes

I have been all about the cream blushes for quite some time now and if you can tell by the pictures- I definitely have a type apparently! I am such a sucker for those warm tones especially the blushes that can double as a blush/bronzer! I love that cream blushes are so easy to apply and that you don’t even need any tools to apply them, you can just use your fingertips! I think they give your skin a youthful appearance and I find most cream blushes look more natural on the skin. I love that most of them leave your skin with a bit of a sheen/glow since naturally they are a creamy product! I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite cream blushes with you and they’re all the clean products of course!

1.Beautycounter Cream Blusher (caramel):

Out of all five this one is hands down my favorite and most used product! This was the first cream blush that I seriously fell in love with and I haven’t been able to stop using her since then! She is the prettiest warm toned/nude blush that is THE perfect blush/bronzer shade, especially on my skin tone. I truly think this shade would look beautiful on so many skin tones but especially on those with medium/olive skin. So easy to apply, and my favorite way is to use a beauty blender. Super pigmented, a little goes a long way, lasts all day and I’m telling you the color is GORGEOUS!! ($38.00)

2. Honest Beauty Creme Cheek Blush (coral peach):

This blush is a summer time fave for me because it's the prettiest pop of color especially when I’ve got a tan! I love love love a good peach colored blush and this one is perfect! These cream blushes are very pigmented as well and wear beautifully throughout the day. Wears well with powders too which is super important to me when it comes to cream products! If you’re new to cream blushes and unsure where to start- this one is a great option because you can find it at Target/Amazon and you can’t beat the price either! ($12.99)

3. MERIT Flush Balm Cream Blush (terracotta):

When I first saw the color of this blush I knew I NEEDED it. It’s the most beautiful warm toned bronzy shade and as you can tell, I’m obsessed with these types of colors! Out of all the products, this one is the sheerest formula and the one that has the most radiant finish. The formula is very balmy and definitely sheer so you have to be careful not to blend too much or the color starts to fade. My favorite way to apply it is with a beauty blender or my fingers and it easy easy to build the color up or reapply throughout the day. This one is definitely all about that minimal makeup look so if that’s what you’re going for- she’s your girl! ($28.00)

4. Glossier Cloud Paint (dusk):

I had my eye on these iconic cloud paints for so long and I love that these are a gel-cream formula that you can customize by mixing together your favorite shades! I of course chose the browny nude shade, dusk, and she did not disappoint,. The color is extremely similar to the Beautycounter blusher but this is formula is a lot more sheer! This one is also perfect for those minimal makeup days and is super easy to just throw on some concealer + use this as a blush/bronzer and you’re good to go! ($18.00)

5. Westman Atelier Baby Cheeks Blush Stick (chouchette):

If you’ve never heard of Westman Atelier- lemme just put it this way- this is about as luxurious of a clean beauty brand that you can get aka she BOUJEE. haha. And I have been dying to try out some of her products but they are priceyyy so when I turned 31 this year, I was like that’s it- I am going to treat myself!! And I have to say that this cream blush is truly beautiful. It’s a nude shade but unlike some of my other ones, it still has a peachy tone to it and it’s just super flattering on my skin! I have been wearing it pretty much everyday that I apply makeup these days and I think it’s the perfect color for spring. It’s pigmented but not too pigmented, it has a beautiful natural finish, and is super easy to blend. Now the big question- is it worth the price?? That I don’t know but I will say it makes me feel a certain way when I’m putting it on just knowing how boujee it really is! ($48.00)
